NASIONALXPOS.CO.ID, BOGOR CITY -The construction and demolition of the Otista Bridge, Central Bogor District, Bogor City, continues to run smoothly. One of the otista road bridge structures has even been demolished and finally, now disconnected. However, the bridge structure which is estimated to have existed since 1920 has not yet been demolished.
The Head of the PUPR Office for the City of Bogor, Renna Da Frina explained, currently, the construction has entered its 5th week with a budget cost of 49 billion and a construction time limit of 235 days. As for partners in the implementation of the development, PT. Mina of the Eternal Dawn.
So far, said Renna, development progress has been running normally and even continues to experience positive deviations.
“Currently the deviation is still positive. The work process is 3.5 percent,” said Renna when met by the Media Crew at the Otista Bridge Project Site, Bogor City, Thursday (25/5/2023).
Renna explained that at this time, the progress that had been made regarding the demolition was that the bridge plates had been transported and all dismantled. Both in structures that have been dismantled and disconnected, and those that have not.
“We have transported all the plates on the left side of the bridge, both of which have been completed,” said Renna.
However, as long as progress continues, project work that continues to be carried out related to the repair of the Otista Bridge, is directly supervised by the PUPR Office of the City of Bogor.
“Currently, the first bridge has been cut off, we are preparing to mobilize heavy equipment. Later Thursday night there will be two cranes. To lift the girder beams and make a new supporting foundation,” said the Bogor City PUPR Head. (red/uchan)
